Since 1999, Wallace B. Anderson, Jr. has provided quality service, as a lawyer engaged in the solo practice of law, in a variety of areas of legal expertise throughout the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Anderson’s experience practicing law for over thirty years as a partner and shareholder in small and large law firms in Florida and as a solo practioner provides his clients a unique perspective.

His experience as a tax lawyer allows him to bring tax planning expertise to commercial business and real estate transactions.
Mr. Anderson limits his litigation to probate, trust, and guardianship cases in Florida courts, administrative hearing before the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings, and the United States Tax Court.
Other law firms have retained his services for estate planning and corporate succession planning.
